Fulply is a SaaS service that lets businesses create an AI chatbot trained on their own content (website pages, PDF files, custom text) and embed it as a chat widget on their website. The chatbot answers visitor questions and can optionally collect visitor contact details.
Using the service requires registration with an email address or a Google account. You are responsible for all activity performed under your account. Do not share access to your account with anyone.
Content you upload to the service (website text, PDFs, custom text and instructions) remains your property. By uploading it, you grant us the licence necessary to process it for the purpose of providing the service (in particular building a search index and generating chatbot answers).
You represent that you hold the necessary rights to the uploaded content and that its use in the service does not infringe third-party rights or applicable law. You are also responsible for meeting your own information duties towards your website visitors (in particular under the GDPR) if you collect their contact details through the widget.
Chatbot answers are generated by an artificial-intelligence language model based on the content you provide. Although the service is designed to answer only from that content, we do not guarantee the complete accuracy, correctness or suitability of every individual answer. We recommend testing your chatbot before deploying it and reviewing its conversations regularly.
You agree to use Fulply in accordance with applicable law. In particular, you must not use the service to distribute unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, to circumvent the service's technical limits, or for activities that could disrupt its operation.
Paid plans are available on a monthly or annual cycle. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Purchases are also governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms. You can cancel your subscription at any time — access to paid features continues until the end of the current paid period.
Each plan has defined monthly limits (number of AI replies, number of chatbots and widgets, content volume). Once the monthly AI reply limit is used up, the chatbot temporarily stops answering until the limit renews or you upgrade; all other data is preserved.
Given the nature of a digital service, we do not provide refunds for billing periods that have already started. In the case of technical problems or other serious reasons, contact us at [email protected] — we will assess each case individually. Refunds are technically processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record. Your statutory rights are not affected.
The Free plan is available without entering a payment card and includes a limited monthly quota of AI replies and content. We reserve the right to change the terms of the free plan at any time. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent free plan limits is prohibited.
The Fulply service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that its use will result in new customers or other business outcomes. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising in connection with the use of the service, nor for damage caused to third parties by the content of chatbot answers.
You can delete your account at any time in the settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account that seriously or repeatedly violates these terms; we will inform you of such a step.
We may update these terms at any time. We will inform you of material changes by email or through a notice in the service. By continuing to use the service after changes are published, you agree to the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The terms are drawn up in Czech and English; in the event of a discrepancy between the language versions, the Czech version prevails.
